The Cooper Model 54 is a modern production custom bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Win. It has a 26 inch medium heavy contour fluted barrel, Weaver style scope bases, a cocking indicator, a side safety and a flush detachable magazine. The rifle comes in a vented web finish synthetic stock. The supplier notes some light wear on the metal, rates the overall condition as very good, and describes the bore as excellent. Serial number CF23959.

The .308 Win is a centerfire cartridge, so this rifle falls within the centerfire rifles that Missouri's firearms deer portions allow, including the November portion from Nov. 14-24 for 2026-27. The Weaver style scope bases make it ready for an optic, which suits a Missouri hunter or range shooter who wants a medium heavy barrel and a bolt action set up for a scope.
