This used Smith & Wesson Airweight is a .38 Special revolver with a 2-inch barrel and serial number CHB8119. The supplier notes modern production, an alloy frame and a single and double action design. The rubberized grips are fitted to the frame, and the bore is excellent. Light use wear appears across the gun, and the supplier rates the overall condition as very good.

Missouri has no permit to purchase, no gun registration and no state waiting period, so the purchase moves through a licensed dealer after the photo ID check and the NICS background check. The compact size of a 2-inch barrel on an alloy frame fits carry, home defense or range use in the state. Federal rules set the minimum age for a handgun purchase at 21.
